What are the curling wand barrels made out of?
The barrels of the H2D Curling Wands are made from ceramic, which helps distribute heat evenly for smooth, shiny curls with less damage. Some models are also coated with tourmaline for that extra boost of frizz-fighting power and moisture-locking shine!
What is the difference between the X3 Curling Wand and the X5 Curling Wand?
The X3 comes with 3 barrels. The X5 comes with 5 barrels, allowing you to create various curl styles.
How long is the warranty on the H2D Hair Care Professional Styling Tools?
All H2D Hair Care Professional Styling Tools comes with a 12- month replacement warranty! We don’t repair any of our styling tools. We automatically replace them if there's a proven genuine manufacturer fault.
Should I use the padlock on the curling wand handle?
Absolutely! Always make sure to lock the barrel in place before styling. If the lock won't twist, it means the barrel isn't properly pushed in—don't risk it! Get that secure lock for safe and flawless curls every time!
Why does an error appear on my H2D Hair Care Professional Curling Wand?
An "Error" will only ever appear when your ceramic barrels have not been inserted into the hand unit correctly. It is essential to make sure that the barrels are pushed the whole way to generate a secure electrical connection. If the word “error” appears when in use, please turn the curler off and ensure that the barrel is inserted correctly. If the word “error” is still showing, please check all other attachments and then contact us directly.
Does the H2D Curling Wand have a sleep mode?
Yes! The H2D Curling Wand features a built-in Sleep Mode that automatically powers down the tool after a period of inactivity, giving you extra peace of mind and safety while you style.
