Change of Mind Returns
In accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, H2D offers change of mind returns on products purchased from us, provided the return is made within 14 business days. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that once a product has been opened or used, no refund will be issued. Due to health and hygiene standards, we do not resell used products.
For change of mind purchases, H2D is not responsible for the return shipping costs.
Individual results can vary depending on hair type and styling techniques.
Sale & Promotional Periods
Please choose carefully during sale and promotional periods, as we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds on items purchased during a sale. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or develops a genuine manufacturing fault, you remain entitled to a remedy — including our standard warranty replacement — regardless of whether it was purchased on sale.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in it's original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of it's status. If approved, we'll initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
Warranty Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. If deemed faulty under the H2D warranty, you'll be refunded. For products in working condition, you're responsible for shipping costs. H2D is not liable for custom or duty taxes on international orders. Where a product is returned for warranty purposes, the entire product must be returned — including all attachments, accessories, and components. Partial returns will not be accepted for warranty assessment.
